All ‘on the spot’ enquiries, help requests, computing and IT pointers (e.g. advice on who to contact for specific items) no matter how minor are to be directed to the computing/IT helpdesk in the first instance. All such enquiries, either in person, by phone or by email, bypassing the helpdesk service will be ignored. Of course, the helpdesk does not apply to computing jobs in progress – in these cases, direct your enquiries to the person handling your job.

For jobs that are expected to take more than an hour you may be asked to submit a Technical Services Request (please note: this form can only be accessed by School of Psychology staff).
